Fee Policy

Fee Policy

ASE is committed to providing high-quality education, and the fee collected from students is the only source of revenue to run this institution. Thus, timely payment of all dues by the parents/guardians of students can ensure hassle-free and high-quality education at ASE. Any default on this account may prove detrimental and can subvert the set objectives of ASE. Thus, it becomes inevitable to notify the fee policy of ASE. This policy aims to ensure hassle-free, promised high-quality education and uninterrupted payment and collection of dues as decided by the ASE Management. Following are the provisions of the school fee policy.

Monthly tuition fee is payable for all 12 months of the year, while transportation fees will only be charged for 11 months.

The parents/guardians must make payment of their wards' school monthly dues by the 10th of the following month.

Fee shall be paid through School ERP integrated gateway or any other authorized mode.

No report cards, transfer certificates, discharge certificates, or NOC will be issued until the outstanding fee is paid.

If the fee is not paid even after three reminders or three consecutive months, whichever is later, the child will not be allowed to attend the school, and the fee will be recovered from the refundable deposits.

In exceptional circumstances where a parent/guardian could not make payment for some genuine reasons, they will seek an appointment with the school management through Coordinator ASE. After having a considerate view of the case, the school management may give the parent relief, which would be based on the merit of the case. The management's decision in this regard will be final.

In normal circumstances, when schools run offline classes, the parents shall make payment of full transport charges. However, in exceptional circumstances, when offline class work remains under suspension, the parents would make payment of 30% of their transport fee.
